"Chaos is not a pit, chaos is a ladder" In the context of Lord Baelish, here’s how "The Penguin" dealt with a ruined Gotham full of corruption and desolation to be an ideal and very fertile environment for building his own authority. As a continuation of what happened in Batman and the disaster that befell the city, I saw an opening scene that was one of the most amazing disasters that has happened, and the chaos that we saw with the penguins, the appearance is nothing but an indication that the penguin is was put in the right place at the right time to take advantage of the massive chaos, and of course, he’s also the right man.
All you have to do to watch the piece is watch the Batman movie and that’s more than enough
I don’t have much experience in the world of comics or the character Penguin, but I had no problem understanding the events and the style of the character.
