He’s adorable. He’s Dexter Morgan, America’s favorite serial killer, who solves crimes by day and commits crimes by night. In season 8, Angel Batista was not always played by David Zayas.
His son David Zayas Jr
replaces his father in some shots, as the two look remarkably similar. In season 1, a large scar can be seen on Dexter’s left side. Later, in season 2, the scar has moved to his right side, leaving his left side intact.

I can’t wait for the next episode
Dexter is the show I’ve been waiting for my entire television life! The complex and damaged characters, the twisting plot, and Dexter’s adoptive father raising him to be the perfect Avenger – it’s all so intoxicating! Not only is this series beautifully acted, with every single main character capturing my full attention, but it’s also written with such depth that I find it absolutely irresistible!
Hats off to everyone involved
I really can’t wait to see more of Dex’s trauma as a child, more of Harry’s lessons, more of his growing relationship with Rita, more of the Ice Truck Killer, more of the forensics… more of this amazing series, period. this series is sure to be a huge hit!
